Kari Osep

Kari Osep is currently the sports anchor/reporter at WVTM in Birmingham, AL covering all things from the University of Alabama to minor league teams.

 

She is an Edward R. Murrow winning and Emmy nominated journalist who previously worked as a sports director in Bakersfield, CA and as a sports reporter/anchor in State College, PA before that

ffollowing stints with FOX Sports Arizona, the Arizona Diamondbacks and 12 News in Phoenix. 

 

Kari follows her passions of sharing the untold stories within the sports world and appreciates the opportunity to connect with individuals while sharing people's stories in intriguing ways.

 

With a continuing eagerness to expand her craft of journalism, her proficiencies within the broadcast field already include: reporting, anchoring, producing, videography, writing, editing, social media and most importantly, storytelling.
